Loaf-Top Browning Secrets Using Reflective Tray Tenting
Getting an even color on a loaf top in an oven-style air fryer without rotating is achievable with one reliable technique.
Preheat and place for uniform airflow
Preheat the air fryer to the target baking temperature for at least 10 minutes to stabilize internal airflow and heating elements so the loaf experiences consistent radiant and convective heat from the moment it enters the chamber.
