Most cheaper brands will have fewer features and will be built from a lesser quality. That might even mean that it might not last as long as you would hope. I tend to find the higher three-digit priced air fryers are mostly made of solid metal. They’re much sturdier.

However don’t get me wrong, air fryers are fundamentally simple cooking devices. You may not need all the bells and whistles that come with a more expensive brand. I’ve spoken to several people in my community who own air fryers and a lot of them have told me that their 60 or $80 air fryers have lasted more than two years.

I’d say that this is a success story because once you get an air fryer you’ll soon realize how often you would reach to use it compared to any other device like a microwave or a stove.
